My stay at Nova Plaza Crystal Hotel & Spa was quite a mix of good and average experiences. I loved the central location near Taksim Square and the fantastic breakfast options, but I faced some issues with weak internet in my room and noisy surroundings. While the staff was generally friendly and accommodating, I experienced some inconsistencies in service quality that affected my overall comfort.
